A deposit of £50 to confirm booking.

Deposits are not returnable in the event of a cancellation.

The balance to be paid in full one month in advance of date.

Only two passengers may be carried at any one time unless the front passenger seat has been requested. The price quoted is for up to three and a half hours hire, if this time is exceeded there will be an additional charge of £50 per hour or part hour payable directly to the driver.

We shall not be held responsible for arriving late at destinations due to (a) weather and road conditions (b) traffic (c) mechanical breakdown (d) in the event of an accident.

We will endeavour to provide a professional service but reserve the right in the event of mechanical breakdown to supply a suitable alternative vehicle or to refund deposit.

We should be informed of any changes (locations/times) to the original booking form as soon as possible as this may incur an additional charge.
